a sunday walk in lucca
nachdem ich euch gestern schon auf eine pizza mit nach LUCCA genommen habe, möchte ich euch heute einfach noch ein bisschen mehr von der stadt zeigen… vielleicht habt ihr ja lust auf einen virtuellen sonntagsspaziergang. 
after i took for a pizza in LUCCA yesterday, i’d love to show you some more of the town today… well, if you want to take a virtual sunday walk with me.

tiny pizzeria – big taste
pizza ist jawohl der klassiker am samstag abend, auch wir hatten pizza heute abend. doch unendlich viele richtig gute pizzas (pizze… pizzen… da scheiden sich ja die deutschen sprachgeister)  hatten wir in diesem sommer in unserem ITALIENurlaub. begeistert waren wir zum beispiel von der kleinen  und ältesten pizzeria der stadt LUCCA… der PIZZA da FELICE. habt ihr lust auf ein stück?
having a pizza is a kinda saturday night classic, isn’t it? we had a pizza for dinner, too. but we also had countless amazing good pizzas (pizze… what ever the correct plural in english might be) on our ITALY trip this summer. in LUCCA we had some at a small pizzeria called PIZZA da FELICE, which is the oldest pizza place in town. wanna share a piece with us?

 

ich mag so urige kleine lokale, die haben mit ihren stehtischen und den gekachelten wänden einen ganz eigenen charme und oft unglaublich gutes essen. wenn ihr also mal in LUCCA seid…
i really love tiny food places like this. they have such an own charme with their bistro tables and tiled walls. so don’t miss this one when you’re in LUCCA…

p.s. dort bekommt ihr übrigens auch CECINA, eine art pfannkuchen aus kichererbsenmehl und seines zeichens eine italienische spezialität. 
p.s. you also get CECINA there, which is an italian specialty… a kind of pancake made of chickpea flour.
